Candor International School is seeking an experienced and
collaborative IB Diploma Programme Coordinator
to join our Secondary School Leadership Team.
This is a key leadership role for an IB educator who is supportive, organised, and people-centred, with a strong understanding of IB DP curriculum, assessment, and the DP Core.
The Role
Lead and oversee all aspects of the IB Diploma Programme
Ensure alignment with IB Standards & Practices
Support and mentor DP teachers through collaborative leadership
Guide students and parents through subject selection and DP pathways
Work closely with the Head of Secondary and leadership colleagues to strengthen teaching and learning
