Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
- IBM Datacap Expertise: Strong experience with IBM Datacap versions (e.g., 9.1.x, 8.1).
- Scripting: Proficiency in VB.net,C#, or other scripting languages for rule and action development.
- ECM Knowledge: Good understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles and platforms, especially IBM FileNet P8.
- OCR/ICR: Experience with data recognition engines to ensure accurate information extraction.
- Workflow Design: Ability to design and implement efficient document capture, classification, and validation workflows.
- Datacap Tools: Familiarity with core Datacap components and tools like Datacap Studio, Rulerunner, and Datacap Navigator.
- Database Knowledge: Exposure to database concepts and integration.
Good-to-Have
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Team-oriented work
