1. IBM ODM Developer / Consultant (Software)
This role focuses on Business Rule Management Systems (BRMS) to automate business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop decision services using Rule Designer (Eclipse-based IDE) and manage rules in Decision Center.
Create and maintain rule projects, including Action Rules, Decision Tables, Rule Flows, BOM (Business Object Model), and XOM (Execution Object Model).
Integrate ODM with Java/J2EE applications, utilizing REST/SOAP web services.
Deploy rule sets to the Rule Execution Server.
Translate business policies into executable rules in collaboration with business analysts.
Required Skills: IBM ODM 8.x, Java, J2EE, WebSphere, SQL/Oracle, Agile methodologies.
Experience: Generally 4–8+ years
