1. IBM ODM Developer / Consultant (Software)
This role focuses on Business Rule Management Systems (BRMS) to automate business decisions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop decision services using Rule Designer (Eclipse-based IDE) and manage rules in Decision Center.
- Create and maintain rule projects, including Action Rules, Decision Tables, Rule Flows, BOM (Business Object Model), and XOM (Execution Object Model).
- Integrate ODM with Java/J2 EE applications, utilizing REST/SOAP web services.
- Deploy rule sets to the Rule Execution Server.
- Translate business policies into executable rules in collaboration with business analysts.
- Required Skills: IBM ODM 8.x, Java, J2 EE, Web Sphere, SQL/Oracle, Agile methodologies.
- Experience: Generally 4–8+ years
