Required Skills & Experience:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • 8+ years of experience in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) development and support.
  • Strong knowledge of cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders, and TI processes.
  • Experience with Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAx).
  • Ability to interpret financial data and ensure TM1 reports accurately reflect business performance.


  • Domain Knowledge:
  • Understanding of real-estate financial processes (property management, lease accounting, revenue forecasting).


  • Additional Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL and integration with external systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and issues.
