Job Title: IBM Sterling Support Engineer – Level 3

Product Scope: IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SBI), File Gateway (SFG), Secure Proxy (SSP)

Role Overview

The IBM Sterling Support Engineer is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing IBM Sterling B2B platforms to ensure secure, reliable, and high-availability file and message exchanges with internal and external partners. The role includes operational support, incident resolution, performance tuning, and collaboration with application, infrastructure, and security teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead resolution of complex and critical incidents (P1/P2) .
  • JVM, heap, thread, and performance issues
  • Database contention and locking
  • Secure Proxy connectivity and scaling
