** Immediate Joiners--IBM ISVA and ISVG **
Purpose:
To design, implement, and govern secure, scalable, and compliant IAM solutions using IBM Security Verify Access and Governance across the enterprise.
Main Priorities:
Design and architect robust IAM solutions using IBM ISVA and ISVG.
Implement and integrate access management and identity governance across enterprise systems and applications.
Define and enforce authentication, authorization, SSO, and governance strategies to strengthen security posture.
Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory frameworks through governance, audits, and risk assessments.
Provide advanced (L3) support and maintain operational reliability of IAM platforms.
Collaborate with business, infrastructure, and security teams to align IAM capabilities with organizational needs.
Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and reusable IAM templates for consistent solution delivery.
Mentor and guide technical teams in best practices for ISVA and ISVG configurations..
Key Outputs:
IAM architecture documents (HLDs, LLDs, data flow diagrams).
Designed and implemented ISVA solutions for SSO, federation, and access policies.
Configured ISVG modules including lifecycle management, roles, workflows, and certification campaigns.
Integrated IAM systems with AD, LDAP, HRMS, databases, and enterprise applications.
Custom workflows and connectors built for various target systems.
Compliance-ready IAM environment aligned with GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001.
Access governance models and review processes implemented.
Audit reports and risk assessment findings for IAM controls.
Operational documentation, configuration standards, and platform guidelines.
L3-level issue resolutions for ISVA and ISVG.
Mentoring and guidance provided to implementation/operations teams.
Reusable templates, standards, and automation scripts developed for IAM processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
Skills/ Knowledge:
Strong hands-on experience with IBM Security Verify Access (formerly ISAM) including
Web SEAL, Reverse Proxy configuration, Junctions, ACLs, POPs, and Authorization Rules.
Federation services (SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0).
Risk-based authentication and adaptive access policies.
Solid understanding of IBM Security Verify Governance (ISVG) modules:
Identity Lifecycle Management, Role Management, Access Request workflows, and Certification campaigns.
Connector configuration and integration with target systems (AD, DB, SAP, etc.).  Custom workflow development using Java Script or Beanshell.
Experience integrating with external identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, Ping, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP API integrations, LDAP, and scripting (Shell/Python).
Architecture & Design o Proven experience in creating HLDs, LLDs, data flow diagrams, and integration architectures.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as SSO, Federation, Provisioning, RBAC, and PAM.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and lead small to mid-sized project teams.
Certifications (any):
IBM Certified Deployment Professional – IBM Security Verify Access
IBM Certified Deployment Professional – IBM Security Verify Governance
Prior experience in hybrid or cloud-based IAM deployments (e.g., IBM Verify Saa S, Azure AD).
Knowledge of related technologies (Sail Point, Cyber Ark, or Forge Rock) is an added advantage
Experience (add relevant Exp also)
Total Experience: 5-9 years in IT, with at least 4–5 years of core IAM experience.
Relevant Tools: IBM ISVA and ISVG
