Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Home Automation & Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, integrating, and implementing automation solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This role requires a solid understanding of IoT-based smart home solutions, Digital building, BMS platforms, ELV systems (ACS and Security surveillance systems), and cross-disciplinary coordination with MEP and architectural teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and engineering of Home Automation and IBMS systems, including integration of lighting controls, HVAC, AV, security, surveillance, and access control.
