Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Home Automation & Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) Designer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, integrating, and implementing automation solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This role requires a solid understanding of IoT-based smart home solutions, Digital building, BMS platforms, ELV systems (ACS and Security surveillance systems), and cross-disciplinary coordination with MEP and architectural teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
design and engineering of Home Automation and IBMS systems , including integration of lighting controls, HVAC, AV, security, surveillance, and access control.
Develop
system architecture, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications
for automation and IBMS projects.
Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to translate requirements into technical solutions.
