Technical skills
University degree in computer science, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience administering Exchange, SharePoint and hands-on with M365 corporate collaboration environments.
Primary skills
M365 Application Stack experience
o Exchange Online, Exchange hybrid designs
o Messaging Hygiene and Security designs
o Mail and SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive migration architectures
o Microsoft Active Directory, routing protocols, DNS, Certificates (request & renewal)
o M365 application management: SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams, Viva tools, Copilot, integrations
Security
o Email encryption, spam filtering, authentication protocols, Data Loss Prevention
Scripting
o PowerShell (must have)
Migrations
o Hands on experience with at least one tool (ShareGate / AvePoint / Metalogix)
o Tenant to tenant migrations concepts.
Secondary skills
Azure stack
o Azure tenant setup, Creation of subscriptions, resource management
o Azure components/services
o PaaS services (Azure functions, App Services, exchange components, etc.)
Monitoring
o Proactively set up and utilize Amadeus tools to monitor sites & apps.
o Performance monitoring & vulnerability assessments
Additional Skills
o Handling basic SQL Administration tasks
o Load Balancing & clusters concepts.
