Key Responsibilities
. ERP Expertise & Business Support Serve as discussion partners for key business stakeholders. Provide deep knowledge of rental and service processes. Deliver ad-hoc and structured reporting based on business requests. Conduct acceptance and regression testing for system changes. Manage training and handle change requests from business users. Offer 2nd and 3rd line support for IBS Enterprise and related applications.

System & Application Management Maintain and support IBS Enterprise (release 6.42) modules: Rental (custom-built), Service (customized), Warehouse & Distribution, CDM, Asset Management, Project, Finance (archived), Data Interchange, XT UI, JobCon, SECUR. Ensure compliance with country-specific legal requirements. Support Abakus (Cramo Field) application setup and operations. Manage integrations with SAP, e-commerce, depot apps, Handyman, PIM, Xtellus 360, and other platforms. Oversee invoice distribution processes, XML ...
