- Support SpecTek Component Assembly: You will support the packaging and process roadmap for SpecTek, a division of Micron that provides memory solutions for various markets. You will act as the subcon manufacturer’s point of contact for assembly product/project related issues on behalf of SpecTek. You will also assist area engineers by obtaining die for evaluating new raw materials, equipment sets, and process parameters.
