NGS & CO. LLP established in 1983 with its principle office at Mumbai and branch offices at Indore and Chittorgarh. We are 7 partners and having approx. 50 staff. we are practicing in the following professional areas:
- Audit and Assurance: Statutory Audits of NBFCs, Housing Finance Company, Insurance Companies & Re-Insurance India Branch of foreign companies, Financials Services, Stock Brokers, PMS, Manufacturing & Trading Companies, Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Tax Audits, Bank Audits, Transfer Pricing Audits etc.
- Direct Taxation including Tax Planning, preparation of Income Tax computation and filing of ITR, Scrutiny Assessment, Appeal matters for Individual, LLP, Corporates, AIF Funds
- Indirect Taxation: GST Advisory and all compliances including filing of GST Returns and GST Reconciliation
- Advisory services: Business Consultancy, Project Finance, FEMA, SEBI etc.
- Special Engagement: Public Issue of QIP, IPO, NCD, In VITs etc. Due Diligence, Merger & Amalgamation etc.
- International Taxation: Advisory, ITR filings and other compliances for HNI Non-Residents and Foreign Portfolios Investors (FPI)
- Company Law Matters: Formation of Company, Company Law Advisory and Regulatory Compliances of Companies Act, 2013 (ROC/MCA matters)
We have vacancies for Article trainee. We ensure that each article:
- Will get good exposure on each branch of services we offer during his / her 2 years training period;
- Will get well-structured exam leaves, if require; and
- Can manage his / her college and class timings with articleship training
