Job Description

We are seeking a candidate with industry insight, client-facing capabilities, and business development drive to lead the market rollout of our proprietary ICC (Command & Control Platform) across Latin America, with a focus on Spanish-speaking countries. Based in Mexico (LATAM Regional Hub), this role connects product capability with market success by integrating strategy, solution delivery, and partner enablement.


Job Description

  • Analyze the LATAM C&C/CAD landscape, public safety technology trends, and typical project types.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies while navigating complex dynamics among technology vendors, system integrators, and government stakeholders.
  • Translate deep client needs and user workflows into compelling solution narratives and technical logic, and clearly articulate the product’s unique value and differentiators.
  • Drive progress by aligning internal teams, external partners, and clients; manage project cadence and ensure successful delivery milestones.
  • Lead proof-of-concepts (PoCs), deliver persuasive client demonstrations, and represent the company at industry summits and events.


Job Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in C&C/CAD, public safety, or 911 project environments.
  • Familiarity with LATAM government technology procurement processes.
  • Understanding of dispatch operations, GIS, and command center workflows.
  • Spanish at native or professional working proficiency; English at professional working proficiency.
  • Based in Mexico or willing to relocate to the LATAM Regional Hub; regular regional travel is expected.
