ICC Solution Development Manager

Based in Mexico (LATAM Regional Hub), this role connects product capability with market success by integrating strategy, solution delivery, and partner enablement.

Job Description

• Analyze the LATAM C&C/CAD landscape, public safety technology trends, and typical project types.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies while navigating complex dynamics among technology vendors, system integrators, and government stakeholders.
• Translate deep client needs and user workflows into compelling solution narratives and technical logic, and clearly articulate the product’s unique value and differentiators.
