We are seeking a candidate with industry insight, client-facing capabilities, and business development drive to lead the market rollout of our proprietary ICC (Command & Control Platform) across Latin America, with a focus on Spanish-speaking countries. Based in Mexico (LATAM Regional Hub), this role connects product capability with market success by integrating strategy, solution delivery, and partner enablement. Job Description Analyze the LATAM C&C/CAD landscape, public safety technology trends, and typical project types. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies while navigating complex dynamics among technology vendors, system integrators, and government stakeholders. Translate deep client needs and user workflows into compelling solution narratives and technical logic, and clearly articulate the product’s unique value and differentiators. Drive progress by aligning internal teams, external partners, and clients; manage project cadence and ensure successful delivery milestones. Lead proof-of-concepts (PoCs), deliver persuasive client demonstrations, and represent the company at industry summits and events. Job Requirements 3–5 years of hands-on experience in C&C/CAD, public safety, or 911 project environments. Familiarity with LATAM government technology procurement processes. Understanding of dispatch operations, GIS, and command center workflows. Spanish at native or professional working proficiency; English at professional working proficiency. Based in Mexico or willing to relocate to the LATAM Regional Hub; regular regional travel is expected.
