Job Description

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests
  • Accurately and efficiently cook and present all hot food products in accordance with company standards and policies as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking in the same manner.
  • Prepare a variety of food items utilizing a variety of kitchen equipment including but not limited to griddle, fryer and stovetop.
  • Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
  • Know and comply consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
  • Assist in stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, cooking equipment and refrigeration equipment.
