Icelandic‑Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Icelandic‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join a global customer experience team.

In this role, you will support customers for well‑known international brands in sectors such as technology, travel, e‑commerce, gaming, or streaming services.

You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide high‑quality assistance while delivering an excellent customer experience in Icelandic and English.

Key Responsibilities
