- Follow processes and ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Icelandic C2 and advanced English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with Office 365 and CRM tools
- Positive, solution‑driven, goal‑oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Customer service experience is a plus
Salary Range
From 21,000 to 23,000 gross/year
