Responsibilities

  • Support international travelers and accommodation partners

  • Provide clear information on payments, services, and technical issues
  • Follow processes and ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Icelandic C2 and advanced English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with Office 365 and CRM tools
  • Positive, solution‑driven, goal‑oriented mindset
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Customer service experience is a plus

Salary Range

From 21,000 to 23,000 gross/year
