This role will lead ICF coach production operations with a strong blend of technical expertise (60 70%) and managerial leadership (30 40%). Over time, the position is expected to evolve into leading the Railways Business Unit.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:13px"><br /> <b>Key Responsibilities</b></p> <p style="margin-bottom:13px"><br /> <b>Technical & Operations (60 70%)</b></p> <ul> <li class="MsoListBulletCxSpFirst">Lead end-to-end ICF coach manufacturing and production planning.</li> <li class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle">Ensure compliance with ICF / RDSO standards, quality norms, and safety regulations.</li> <li class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle">Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to production and quality teams.</li> <li class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle">Act as a technical interface with clients for execution and engineering challenges.</li> <li class="MsoListBulletCxSpLast" style="margin-bottom:13px">Drive process improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost optimization.</li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom:13px"><br /> <b>Managerial & Leadership (30 40%)</b></p> <ul> <li class="MsoListBulletCxSpFirst">Overall Plant Head responsibility including manpower planning and performance management.</li> <li class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle">Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for billing and payment follow-ups.</li> <li class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle">Support business development and new project acquisition.</li> <li class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle">Collaborate with corporate leadership on budgeting and reviews.</li> <li class="MsoListBulletCxSpLast" style="margin-bottom:13px">Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.</li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom:13px"><br /> <b>Future Responsibility</b></p> <p style="margin-bottom:13px">Transition into leading the Railways Business Unit, overseeing strategy, execution, and growth.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:13px"><br /> <b>Qualifications & Experience</b></p> <ul> <li class="MsoListBulletCxSpFirst">Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Electrical / Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred).</li> <li class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle">15+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in ICF coach production or rolling stock.</li> <li class="MsoListBulletCxSpLast" style="margin-bottom:13px">Prior experience as Plant Head / Operations Head / Production Head.</li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom:13px"><br /> <b>Key Skills & Competencies</b></p> <ul> <li class="MsoListBulletCxSpFirst">ICF coach manufacturing expertise</li> <li class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle">Leadership and team management</li> <li class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle">Financial and commercial acumen</li> <li class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle">Client and stakeholder management</li> <li class="MsoListBulletCxSpLast" style="margin-bottom:13px">Problem-solving and decision-making</li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom:13px"><br /> <b>Reporting To</b></p> <p style="margin-bottom:13px">Senior Management / Business Head Railways</p> <p style="margin-bottom:13px"> </p> <p style="margin-bottom:13px">Kindly Share your CV on [email protected]</p>
