Responsibilities

• Perform analysis on semiconductor devices to determine failure mechanisms and root cause of customer returned, internal qualifications and product development.
• Failure analysis activities include non‑destructive and destructive analysis as well as working with chemicals.

Requirements – Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 5 years working experience in failure analysis of semiconductor devices
• In‑depth understanding of semiconductor physics, MOS and a detailed transistor‑level understanding of a variety of analog and logic circuits
• A persistent attention to detail and a high level of comfort in the investigative nature of activities
• Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
