Position Summary

The ICI Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and contractual requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

  • Lead all phases of construction projects, including pre-construction, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and close-out.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Coordinate internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
