ICI - Site Superintendent

Overview

Site Superintendent – New Build Affordable Housing (ICI) . Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 (based on experience). Project Type: Ground-Up Affordable Housing | Mid-Rise. We are representing a well-established contractor seeking a Site Superintendent for an active ground-up affordable housing project in the GTA. The project is approximately $24M , mid-rise (6 storeys) , and currently under construction. This role is well suited for a Superintendent with solid new build ICI or multi-residential experience , comfortable stepping into a live project and carrying it through to completion.
