Your Role and Responsibilities:
Performs analyses according to assigned written procedures, manages several concurrent analyses as required, and strives to exceed accuracy and performance measures as provided by company management.Closely examines sample quality and labeling and brings any deviation to the attention of Senior Chemist or Supervisor and suggests course of action.Prepares and reviews assay in specified form to be approved by Senior Chemist or Supervisor.Constantly monitors assay precision against historical norms, stated expectations, standards and preliminary results and brings any perceived deviation to the immediate attention of the Senior Chemist or Supervisor and suggests course of action.Works with staff, manager and customer department to create and/or modify methods when instructed.
