Job Description

We invite applications for the position of a 1.0 FTE Temporary Full-Time ICT Clerk commencing immediately until February 20, 2026 or until the return of the regular employee. This position works thirty-seven and one half (37.5) hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am - 4:30pm at the Catholic Education Centre in Dublin, Ontario. The hourly rate of pay is $26.22 per hour plus 4% vacation pay. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides communication with employees and stakeholders regarding ICT inquiries and support Provides clerical support to the ICT department Retrieves data and prepares reports as directed by the Manager of ICT Maintains accurate files and data entry Creates and maintains procedural and operational documentation Assists with RTF/RFP process as required QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of a two (2) year Community College Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field is required.
