To engage students to participate in English.

Prepare study programmes, schemes of works and lesson plans and give lessons, discussions, and demonstrations in subject.

Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects and communicate those objectives to students.

Prepare materials and classrooms for class activities.

Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs and interests.

Prepare, administer and mark tests, assignments and examinations to evaluate pupils' progress.

Conduct assigned classes at the scheduled timetable.

Contribute to the co‑curricular life of the school through related activities and initiatives.

Actively participate in all weekly Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions and department meetings to support professional growth.
