**What you will do**:
- Build Ericsson internal relationships including nurture relationship for creating an efficient support flow among IT and business.
- Communicate and report on IT Financials to aggregate all IT financials for stakeholder, find opportunities for cost savings.
- Work globally with IT Delivery Manager peers to ensure alignment of stakeholder requests across geographies.
- Participate in management of escalations, supervise stakeholder during critical issues.
- Act as Security SPOC of Market Area IT LATAM and Europe to address Security related issues and lead improvement activities.
