Job Description:

Support clients/customers for ICT Infrastructure Systems via telephone/email, remote, and on-site meetings.

Provide technical support for various ICT Infrastructure ​systems (PC, endpoint devices, networks, servers, etc.)

Gather technical requirements, develop a low-level design, implementation, and end-user acceptance plan for customers.

Work with vendors and suppliers/principals for technical support.

Creates and maintains technical documents, diagrams, and operational manuals.







Qualifications:



Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and/or other computer related/equivalent courses.

Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Japanese and English.

Experiences of set-up and troubleshooting of various ICT Infrastructure Systems (PC or endpoint devices, networks, servers, CCTVs, Door-Access system, etc.).
