Overview

Job Description:

  • Support clients/customers for ICT infrastructure systems via telephone/email, remote, and on-site meetings.
  • Provide technical support for various ICT infrastructure systems (PC, endpoint devices, networks, servers, etc.).
  • Gather technical requirements, develop a low-level design, implementation, and end-user acceptance plan for customers.
  • Work with vendors and suppliers/principals for technical support.
  • Create and maintain technical documents, diagrams, and operational manuals.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and/or other computer related/equivalent courses.
  • Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Japanese and English.
  • Experience in setup and troubleshooting of various ICT infrastructure systems (PC or endpoint devices, networks, servers, CCTVs, door-access system, etc.).
