We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Nurse / ICU Incharge to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in critical care nursing, providing high-quality care to critically ill patients, and leading a team of nursing staff in the Intensive Care Unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and vital signs regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the ICU process and post-care.
