Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-driven ID Administrator to manage, govern, and operationalize enterprise identity and access operations across mission-critical environments. This role is a core pillar of cybersecurity hygiene, operational continuity, and compliance assurance. The successful candidate will anchor identity lifecycle management with precision, speed, and control.
Key Responsibilities
Identity Lifecycle Management
- Provision, modify, suspend, and deprovision user access across enterprise systems
- Administer user identities across Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise IAM platforms
- Manage joiner, mover, and leaver processes with strict SLA adherence
Access Governance and Controls
- Enforce role-based access control and least-privilege principles
- Maintain access matrices, entitlement tracking, and audit evidence
- Support periodic access reviews, recertification exercises, and compliance audits
Security Operations Support
- Respond to access-related security incidents and risk findings
- Support MFA, SSO, and conditional access policy operations
- Execute identity-related remediation actions during security events
Service Operations and Reporting
- Handle access requests through ITSM platforms with audit-ready documentation
- Track SLA performance, request volumes, and exception handling
- Prepare operational dashboards and management reports
Process Improvement and Automation
- Drive continuous improvement of identity workflows
- Support automation initiatives for identity provisioning and access governance
- Enhance user experience without weakening security posture
Required Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure AD
- Exposure to IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of RBAC, MFA, SSO, and access governance models
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent
- Experience supporting enterprise audit and compliance environments
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant identity and access operations experience
- Exposure to regulated or large-scale enterprise environments is highly advantageous
