Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end ID card issuance and renewal process.
- Maintain up-to-date employee access records.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and Security teams on access permissions.
- Ensure compliance with company security and data protection policies.
- Handle ID-related queries and troubleshoot access issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in access management systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
