Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end ID card issuance and renewal process.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee access records.
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, and Security teams on access permissions.
  • Ensure compliance with company security and data protection policies.
  • Handle ID-related queries and troubleshoot access issues.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in access management systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
