The Role
As an IDAA Support you will be responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading, and applying patches to the DB2 Analytics Accelerator tool within mainframe and zLinux environments. You will provide user support and troubleshoot issues related to the tool and its environment, working across both Windows and Linux platforms to ensure smooth integration and operation.
