Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Implement, configure, and support IAM solutions, preferably SailPoint ISC
• Configure and customize components such as:
• Identity Governance
• Lifecycle Manager
• Access Requests
• Certifications
• Policies and role-based access controls
• Design and implement integrations between ISC and target systems , including:
• Active Directory / Azure AD
• HR systems (e.g., Workday)
• Cloud and SaaS applications
• Configure and manage connectors, sources, transforms, and rules within ISC
• Troubleshoot and support ISC-based identity governance solutions in production environments
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including:
• Installation and configuration guides
• Integration and customization specifications
• Operational and support documentation
• Respond to customer and internal teams’ requests for solution design, troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand identity, access, and compliance requirements

We do not expect candidates to have expertise in every area, but a strong foundational understanding of operating systems, programming concepts, APIs, and databases is essential.

Preferred Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience implementing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or Identity Security solutions, preferably with SailPoint (ISC), Saviynt, Entra ID
• Hands-on experience with:
• Identity lifecycle management
• Access certifications and compliance
• Policy enforcement and role modeling
• Experience integrating cloud-based IGA platforms with enterprise systems using:
• REST APIs
• JSON
• Web services
• Strong understanding of directory services such as:
• Active Directory
• Azure AD
• LDAP
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and SaaS applications
• Familiarity with modern identity concepts including:
• Least privilege
• Zero Trust
• Access governance and risk management
• Exposure to databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, or similar (querying and basic schema understanding)
• Ability to work across the full solution delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, support)
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing interactions

For Saviynt Engineer

General Summary

You will be joining MajorKey Technologies as an Identity Security Engineer to architect, configure, implement , and support the Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) solution for our customer base.

This is a full-time, remote position.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement and deploy Saviynt to meet MajorKey’s client requirements
• Design, build, implement, and integrate Saviynt with other applications and infrastructure at MajorKey’s clients
• Follow approved life cycle methodologies, create documentation for design and testing
• Interact/coordinate with clients
• Assist services team and coordinate with other engineers
• Resolve technical issues through thorough analysis and debugging and documenting for the best practices
• Provide technical expertise in creating solutions, building use cases, designs, proof of concept, and implementation

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Saviynt EIC and integrations with other applications (E.g. ServiceNow, Azure, Workday, ADP, SAP HANA, AD, Oracle ERP, UKG, etc.) in client environments
• Very good technical skills across a variety of technologies such as multi-tiered architecture, databases, APIs and LDAP.
• Strong hands-on SQL, JSON, PowerShell experience Self-starter, fast learner and flexible to support new technologies, as well as legacy applications
• Excellent collaboration, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in front of clients.

Experience/Education

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or demonstrated work experience required
• Saviynt EIC trainings and/or certifications a plus
• Certifications in other IAM/IGA tools a plus (E.g. SailPoint IIQ/IDN, Okta, Ping)

For Entra ID

We are hiring a Microsoft Identity Security Engineer to support delivery of identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra and Microsoft 365 technologies.

This role is ideal for an early-career engineer who can independently execute well-defined project tasks, while receiving guidance from Senior Engineers or Architects on larger or more complex initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Implement and support Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 identity solutions
• Assist with Entra Suite features including identity governance and lifecycle management
• Support authentication, access control, and security configurations
• Contribute to troubleshooting, automation, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver customer solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience with Microsoft cloud technologies
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365
• Foundational understanding of identity, security, and access management
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Required Certification (minimum one)

• Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra Suite and identity governance
• Experience with PowerShell automation
• Exposure to hybrid identity and security best practices
