Key Responsibilities
+ Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for identity lifecycle and access management features.
+ Support preparation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and validation with business stakeholders under guidance of senior analysts.
+ Help translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with architects and technical teams.
+ Create and maintain user stories, Epics, and tasks in Jira or Azure DevOps.
+ Serve as a liaison between business and development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for McDonald’s custom IAM application and IAM concepts.
+ Coordinate with development teams and business during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
