Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Process user access provisioning and deprovisioning requests via IDM tools.

  • Assign roles based on subprocess and department.

  • Handle ServiceNow tickets for access creation, modification, and deactivation.

  • Provide email support for access-related queries and MFA setup assistance.

  • Ensure timely processing of deactivation requests (within 24 hours).

  • Maintain compliance with access control policies and SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with IDM tools and user access management.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.

  • Understanding of IT security principles and access control.

  • Good communication skills for email and ticket-based support.
