**Job Description Summary**

The IDS-SM Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales and market share growth of Becton Dickinson's Integrated Diagnostic Systems (IDS) and Specimen Management (SM) product portfolios within Taiwan. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical and clinical expertise to healthcare professionals.



* Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for IDS and SM product lines, contributing to overall regional sales objectives.

* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and tactical plans for key accounts and territories, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
