We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning practice in Milton Keynes who are looking to recruit an IFA Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:-
New business processingDeal with client enquiries and deliver a high level of customer service to ensure that queries are actioned promptly and correctlyInvolvement in pension transfer work and drawdown related mattersDeal with adviser queriesData input onto client databaseGroup scheme research, quotations, renewal lettersPrepare regular client valuationsComplete LOA policy questionnaires, particularly for pension related mattersGeneral office duties as support when requiredAdhere to company proceduresEnsure all work conducted within a timely, compliant manner and to the firms standards Systems:-
