Telecommunications Company is looking for an IFM Coordinator to join their team.

Main Tasks:

Integrated Facility Management (IFM)

Monitor the daily operation of facilities: offices, cafeteria, and documentation center.

Manage the day-to-day operations of IFM and organize the monthly report, including performance evaluation of suppliers.

General Services and Maintenance

Supervise maintenance services and coordinate repairs, renovations, or transformation projects in the office.

Ensure operational compliance of suppliers and internal standards.

Handling Inquiries and Inspections

Address general and technical inquiries from internal areas and local authorities.

Provide support on matters related to municipal licenses, INDECI, or other regulatory bodies.

Reports and Recommendations

Prepare internal reports and recommendations for management.
