Key Responsibilities

  • Work on Exchange Online and Office 365 (O365) environments.
  • Support administration, configuration, and management of Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, and related services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email, calendar, and collaboration tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Participate in migrations, upgrades, and deployment projects related to O365 and Exchange Online.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
