Role Summary

The IM – WhatsApp Marketing Channel Lead owns end-to-end WhatsApp content and campaign delivery, including template creation, deployment coordination, and channel governance across markets. This role ensures scalable, compliant, and high-performing WhatsApp activation as part of the omnichannel ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end WhatsApp content, templates, and message flows for LOCs.
  • Manage WhatsApp deployment, including setup, testing, approvals, and delivery.
  • Operate a volume-flexible model, scaling IM content support based on market demand.
  • Strengthen omnichannel governance through channel standards, templates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with PMs, Platforms, and Tech teams for seamless activation.

Skills & Experience

  • Overall 9-12 Years of experience
  • Strong understanding of WhatsApp campaign deployment via Salesforce (SFMC).
  • Knowledge of IM channel best practices, compliance, and engagement frameworks.
  • Ability to create structured templates and content journeys.
