Position Overview

Under the general direction of the Manager of Diagnostic Services (or designate), the incumbent Provides reception and clerical support for the department. Provides Administrative support as required.


Experience

  • Experience in general office procedures is required.
  • Previous experience using the Radiology Information System (RIS) preferred.

    • Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

  • Complete high school education, Manitoba Standards, required.
  • Completion of a recognized course in Medical Terminology is required.

    • Certification/Licensure/Registration

  • Ability to effectively type at a minimum of 30 wpm in a VGH typing test.
