Sodexo is currently seeking a skilled and service-focused Imaging Service Engineer II for our HTM team at Lowell General Hospital in Lowell, MA. The Imaging Service Engineer II will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced imaging systems in a hospital environment, while ensuring a high level of customer service and equipment reliability.
What You'll Do
Install, maintain, calibrate, and repair complex diagnostic imaging equipment, including but not limited to General X-Ray, Cath Lab, CT, C-Arms, Ultrasound, and Mammography systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools, test equipment, and software.
Collaborate closely with clinical staff and healthcare teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve equipment-related concerns.
