<p>Key Account Manager - Centre of Excellence (COE).<br/><br/> Location: Uttar Pradesh & Rajasthan.<br/><br/> Reporting to: Head - Centre of Excellence.<br/><br/> Function: Academic Partnerships | Revenue & Account Growth.<br/><br/> Role Overview:<br/><br/></p><p> Imarticus Learning is looking to hire a Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow Centre of Excellence (COE) partnerships with higher-education institutions.<br/><br/> The role is critical in ensuring smooth COE operations, strong institutional relationships, and consistent revenue generation through multiple engagement channels.<br/><br/> Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Account & Relationship Management.<br/><br/>- Act as the primary SPOC for assigned COE partner colleges/universities.<br/><br/>- Build and maintain strong relationships with VC's, Principals, TPOs, Deans, and senior stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Ensure smooth execution and governance of COE initiatives at each institution.<br/><br/>- Revenue Ownership & Growth.<br/><br/>- Drive revenue generation across all channels including:.<br/><br/>- Job-assured programs.<br/><br/>- Upskilling & certification programs.<br/><br/>- Internships & placement-linked offerings.<br/><br/>- Govt/NSDC-aligned programs (where applicable).<br/><br/>- Plan and execute quarterly revenue strategies for each COE account.<br/><br/>- Own account-level targets and closures in coordination with central sales teams.<br/><br/>- COE Program Execution.<br/><br/>- Ensure timely rollout of programs, workshops, seminars, FDPs, and student engagements.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, delivery, marketing, ops) for seamless execution.<br/><br/>- Track program performance, student participation, and outcomes.<br/><br/>- Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting.<br/><br/>- Prepare and present monthly account reviews (MARs).<br/><br/>- Share revenue forecasts, pipeline updates, and risk assessments with Head - COE.<br/><br/>- Flag operational or commercial challenges early and drive resolution.<br/><br/>- Expansion & Account Mining.<br/><br/>- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing COE accounts.<br/><br/>- Support expansion of COE scope based on performance and institutional readiness.<br/><br/> Candidate Profile:<br/><br/>- 4-8 years of experience in Key Account Management / Institutional Sales / Academic Partnerships.<br/><br/>- Strong experience working with colleges, universities, or education partners.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to own revenue targets and manage enterprise-style accounts.<br/><br/>- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
