What We're Looking For:

Required Experience: 3 months to 1 year of Experience in Interior Design Domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Client Engagement

• Conduct client meetings to understand design requirements, preferences, and budget
• Create compelling design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
• Present design proposals with confidence and persuasive storytelling
• Develop space planning solutions for residential and commercial projects
• Select materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes aligned with client vision

Sales & Business Development

• Convert leads into confirmed projects through effective consultations
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
• Prepare detailed quotations and project proposals
• Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining profitability
• Upsell and cross-sell design services and products
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture

• Proficiency in AutoCAD / SketchUp / 3DsMax (3D visualization skills are a plus)

• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Kannada is an advantage)

• Presentable personality with confidence in client interactions

• Eagerness to learn sales techniques and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented mind-set with creative problem-solving abilities

What We Offer:

Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000/month + performance incentives
