Job Description
-Develop and implement a comprehensive digital adoption strategy aligned with organizational goals.
-Collaborate with IT and business leaders to ensure unified execution of digital initiatives.
-Design and manage learning programs including in-app guidance, tutorials, and live training sessions to enhance user adoption.
-Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of adoption programs and identify improvement areas.
-Lead and mentor the Digital Adoption team to promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Skills requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in any related course
-With 5 years of experience in digital transformation, change management, or learning and development focused on technology adoption
-With 5 years of experience in applying change management principles and methodologies
-With Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) certification from platforms such as WalkMe, Whatfix...
