- A Versatile JR/SR/ Recruiter and Technical oriented mind with 5 to 8 years’ experience on US Recruitment giving the best solution to the client as well as to the consultant.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor/lead junior team members
- Very Good hands-on exposure in Recruitment of Technical, and IT professionals.
- Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, Social networking sites.
- Experience in Portal Sourcing using Dice, Monster and Carrier Builder and other Job Portals.
- Excellent Tech Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements.
