Responsibilities

  • Evaluate vendor bids to select the best price, specifications, and delivery terms.

  • Create and monitor Purchase Orders to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Track deliveries, maintain purchase records, and support accurate payment processing.

  • Manage vendor accreditation, applications, and renewals.

  • Respond promptly to team and vendor inquiries regarding orders and changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any related course

  • With 1 year of experience in purchasing, supplier sourcing, vendor management, inventory coordination and stock monitoring

  • Willing to work in Pasay City
