Job Specific

  • The LINC position is responsible for coordination and servicing of convention and group business
  • Liaise daily with conference and convention guests to handle specific requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Communicates changes in conference programs to appropriate hotel operating departments. More specifically: Continually check in with Meeting Planners to assess needs/requirements.
  • Maintains communications with clients and appropriate hotel departments via RUSH Line and radio
  • Keep in contact with the appropriate Catering/Conference Manager regarding any changes/updates pertaining to their group
