Role Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer queries and complaints via calls and chat
- Maintain high-quality communication standards during interactions
- Work in night and rotational shifts as per process requirements
- Provide consistent and empathetic customer retention support

- Ensure high customer satisfaction across voice and chat channels
- Accurately log customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Support service goals in a 5.5-day office-based work schedule
